Black Raisins- One of the branded goods of Uzbekistan is black grapes, for which there are no equal grapes among the world's grapes. Therefore, Uzbek black raisins are the leader among raisins in basic parameters, such as volume, taste, saturation and absence of stone. Black raisins reach up to 30mm. in length.
Black raisins have two types of drying: "Soyaki" is grapes, dried in exclusively shade, and "Kunaki" - dried in direct sunlight. Raisins of the variety "Soyaki" are produced in premises specially prepared and well ventilated. Fresh bunches of selected grapes with quality, large, even berries are hung on a special wire. The raisins obtained in this way are not exactly dried fruit, but rather even dried grapes. The berries are soft and plastic, seemingly very beautiful, and the flesh looks like jelly. The taste is very close to the taste of fresh grapes. The grapes are not subjected to any pretreatment and an ecologically clean product is obtained. The drying time for such a sultana is at least 40 days. The deal with Kunaki is much simpler. The bunch of grapes cut from the vineyard is dried in the open space under the rays of the sun for 7-10 days. This kind of raisin is relatively firm and color slightly lighter. And, naturally, the price of this grade is lower.
